Chris just turned 30 this past June. He has been married
to his wife Allison for 8 years. They, along with his 2
brothers and his dad are all on keto.
Chris is an avid sports fan, he loves working out and is a big
foodie. He loves to cook new recipes, hang out with his
friends in Charlotte, and hopes to inspire and help coach others on
their keto journey.
