Brooke started keto on June 12, 2017 and has lost 130 lbs. Her husband also lost a large amount of weight, which led to reversing his Type 2 Diabetes, and lowering his blood pressure.
Through keto, she has lost weight, and as the cliche goes, she has gained her life back too. Brooke has been able to work through her issues that led to emotional eating, and doesn’t binge anymore. She has grown on the inside and shrank on the outside.
Brooke has bettered her health....
- She is no longer considered pre-diabetic.
- She doesn’t have high blood pressure anymore.
- She doesn’t have aches and pains when she wakes up.
- She doesn’t have to stop at the top of the stairs to catch her breath anymore.
Best of of all, Brooke has way more energy than she have ever had! As a result, she has become a better woman, mother, wife, and teacher.
